The goal of the Eco Power Partners
compensation plan is to make it easy for the beginner or those with
small organizations to make money quickly and at the same time provide an opportunity for those with large organizations to make a bigger and more
secure income than ever.
Why is a large organization more secure? If the beginner and those with small organizations make money quickly they are much more likely to stay and continue working. One of the main challenges in this industry is people don't make enough money to cover their cost, much less make a profit, so they quit. You are faced with the challenge of constantly replacing those people just to make the same money.
Our compensation model has seven major
components and Four Industry Firsts. We
believe that this simple but game changing approach will radically alter the
income results for our friends and family members.
The Eco Power compensation plan is based
on two usage bands called Zones. Why only two zones? Well the fact is
that most residential customers fall into Zone 2. Some companies will show you 5 Zones with
really big earnings on the higher Zones. Don't let that fool you. The reality
is that the average kWh used by a typical residential customer is on the low end of our Zone 2.
And if you do have a
commercial customer that uses more than 5,000 kWh per month we
are going to teach you how to make even more money by providing the customer with a
custom priced quote at an even better rate. Eco Power is the only Direct Sales Company that has a
custom priced commercial offering. We competitively shop the customers kWh and Therm load
to multiple Retail Energy Providers. The customer wins because they get a
better rate and you win because you make more money.
Disclaimer: Not all markets support the CAB and Residual payments shown on this webpage. Some markets may support higher payments and some markets will only allow for smaller payments due to the competitive nature of the individual market. If either a higher or lower commission is warranted Eco Power will apply a factor (up or down) for the individual market. Currently Eco Power is not applying a factor to any market and if it does in the future you will be notified. All examples shown are based on Zone 2. The examples are not a guarantee of income and are shown to provide clarity on how the compensation plan works. There is no compensation for customers that use 249 kWh or less as this represents a very small energy bill. See Marketing and Compensation Plan for more details. Residual payments are capped at 80% of receipts.
Cash Acquisition Bonus - Now Money
Industry First #1 - Daily Pay

Every new customer earns you a minimum CAB called CAB-1. CAB 1 is paid daily as soon as the customer becomes active. This can take anywhere between 2 to 10 days. For customers that use and average monthly kWh and 600 and up a second CAB is paid. This is called CAB-2. CAB 2 is also paid daily as soon as we know the average monthly kWh which can take from 2 to 45 days. CAB's have a 90 day vesting period meaning they must remain on service for a minimum of 90 days to vest.
The above chart shows the standard CAB amounts. CAB amounts can vary based on Provider and Utility.
Monthly Residual Bonuses

Residual commissions are paid monthly and are Pay Rank based. As you progress through the qualifications your earning potential increases. We have deliberately designed these qualifications to be extremely achievable after all we are Friends and Family and we want everyone to succeed and make money. With Eco Power you can achieve our top pay rank with as few as 140 customers in your sales organization.
Residual payments can also vary by Provider and Utility.
We compared our top pay rank requirements with one of our top competitors. In their program you would need a minimum or 12,000 customers in your sales organization to achieve their top rank. Obviously you will earn more money with 12,000 customers verses 140 customers. Having difficult to achieve qualifications only benefit a select few and we don't believe it is the right strategy for our friends and family program. Qualifications are discussed in more detail below.
Self Healing Customer Qualification Base

Qualifying Sale (QS):
Your first qualified customer is credited to your sponsor. This is your Qualifying Sale (QS). If your QS drops the service your second Active customer will replace the first. This is called self healing and it keeps you qualified to earn commissions. One QS for standard energy qualifies you for standard energy commissions. One GREEN QS qualifies you to earn the additional green commission. This becomes your first QS as it replaces the first QS, no additional CAB is paid.
Qualified Customer (QC):
A qualified customer is a customer that counts towards your rank advancement after your first QS.
Why do we do this? The first
customer rule is designed to provide a financial incentive for you to enroll
customers therefore, you earn a CAB on all of your new brokers first customers.
If we didn’t do this then everyone would sign up as a broker first then a
customer and everyone would earn the CAB on their own meter thus you would
never earn additional CAB bonuses. Also,
this rule provides everyone in all markets the ability to gather customers and
qualify in the compensation plan.
Promotion Requirements and Benefits
Earning Promotions in the Eco Compensation Plan is Easy, The More You Achieve The More Money You Can Make.

Consultant
Your first promotion is to Consultant. There are two ways to achieve this rank. The 1st way is to enroll one Zone 1 or 2 customer on your website, this could be your own meter or the 2nd way is to enroll a broker that makes one Zone 1 or 2 sale on their website.
After your Qualifying Sale you earn a $10 CAB on each of your next Zone 2 standard energy sales. The other half of the CAB is paid to your first upline silver manager. In addition, you earn a monthly unilevel residual on the customers in your downline.
Commission Example for Consultants
Senior Consultant
Your next promotion is to Senior Consultant. This requires three personal Qualified Customers which can include Qualified Sales from your personally sponsored brokers. As a Senior Consultant you begin earning the full CAB bonus and you still earn 5 levels in the Unilevel.

Silver Manager
Your next promotion is to SILVER MANAGER. We
know if you can get to Senior Consultant you can do a little bit more. Here is where a little more effort can produce big results. Just
sponsor two more brokers (total of 5) that enroll 1 customer each. For doing
just a little bit more triples the maximum residual that you can earn on customers.
Prior to you qualifying as a Silver Manager those two bonuses are being paid to your upline silver. So the question is; how long do you want your upline silver to be paid your money. Promotions are instant in the Eco Power system. Most people are very capable of earning the silver rank in just a few days.

the Infinity and Code Bonuses for you so all you have to do is qualify for it
and then you start getting paid those two extra bonuses on the
customers that you already have!

Here is How the Coded Bonuses Work
For every Zone 2 customer there are three generations of Silver Coded Bonuses
There is also a three generation Gold Code Bonus. The chart below describes who is earning the bonus. The three generations of
Silver Code Bonus is paid on every odd numbered customer and the three generations of Gold Code Bonuses.
This chart shows the Silver Generations. As you can see you earn the Code on unlimited levels between the silver generations. The Code stops at the 4th generation Silver Manager. The Gold Code works the same way except it is paid on every even numbered customer.
Commission Example for Silver Manager
As a Silver manager you pick up the infinity and code bonus that have been reserved for you. The question is how long to you want to give this money away? Also, look at the difference in selling green energy makes to your potential income.

In this example: You personally enroll 5 consultant level brokers and 5 customers which can be the same people. They then enroll 4 each. We have applied a 75 realty factor to the lower levels. The reason for the reality factor is no organization ever builds out in true geometric form so the reality factor reduces the number of distributors and customers on levels 6 and down.
Gold Manager
Your next promotion is to Gold Manager. All you need to do is have 5 more customers and brokers (total of 10 each) plus three or more legs
with two or more silver managers or above that are located anywhere in your downline sales organization
Platinum Elite Manager
As a Platinum Elite Manager You choose your Elite Team, your best 4 legs, your most powerful
producers, which will be re–coded along with you. You then begin to earn the
Elite Team bonus on all new customers that you and your elite team create.
Coded bonus that
does not require you to start over by yourself.

earning from your Gold team legs.
